These standards were implemented in 2002 and continue to be interpreted and developed by the National Organic Standards Board, a federal advisory committee appointed by the Secretary of Agriculture.”

“Certification to the British Retail Consortium (BRC) Standard is an indication that the company has met the highest food safety standards for the industry and thus, meets or exceeds the Global Food Safety Initiative's (GFSI) standards. The BRC Standard is a globally recognized brand and consumer protection organization. The BRC Global Standard is designed to guarantee a “total quality management” program for the standardization of quality and safety. Furthermore, operational criteria ensures that manufacturers fulfill their legal obligations and provide protection for the end consumer.”

“Wherever today's consumers choose to buy or eat organic products, they should be able to have confidence that these comply with strict EU rules. Products that do not meet these standards may not be referred to as organic or bear the EU's organic logo or a national equivalent.”

“The verification seal indicates that the product bearing the seal has gone through a verification process. The verification is an assurance that a product has been produced according to consensus-based best practices for GMO avoidance.”

Our products are grown and processed in a dedicated gluten-free supply chain. Additionally, we test them at a third-party lab periodically to ensure there is no cross contamination, using the Gliadin (Gluten) Allergen ELISA test, which is accurate down to <5ppm.

We are certified Gluten-Free by the Gluten Intolerance Group and are currently undergoing the process audit.

“STAR-K Kosher Certification is a guarantee that food products and ingredients meet all kosher requirements. This certification also authorizes the manufacturer to display the STAR-K emblem on the product to advertise its kosher status.”

Every year we produce specific lots of Kosher-certified products for Passover.
